Children's Birthday Parties

   

 Standard Birthday Party

 Party for ages 6 & up

  • Seating is available for 8 – 12 painters and 2 adults in our party space.

  • Cost is $22 per person (minimum $176) this includes one piece of pottery per guest    from our “party selection”.

  • The reserved space is available for your party for 2 hours, for painting, eating, and opening gifts.

  • The guest of honor will receive a signature plate signed by all the guests

  • Reservations are required with a non-refundable $50 deposit.

 The standard 2 hour birthday party may bring in cake, beverages or pizza. (please note we do not have a freezer storage space)

 

Partypotomus Party

 

Party for ages 4 & 5

  • Seating available for 8 – 10 painters and 3 adults in our party space
  • Cost is $19.50 per person (minimum $156), this includes the choice of one piece of pottery per guest, from our “partypotomus” selection.
  • The reserved space is available for your party for 1 ½ hours, for painting, eating, andopening gifts.
  • The guest of honor will receive a plate signed by all the guests.
  • Reservations are required with a non-refundable $50 deposit

 You may bring in cake, cupcakes or beverages. (please note we do not have freezer storage space)

Our entire facility can be available for large groups, community meetings, etc. Claytime is a great setting for a large family gathering or party. Your guests will have our full attention for instruction and design assistance in their artistic endeavor.  Private parties can be accommodated certain days and times, given enough notice. Call us for more details, and  to check for availability. 

 

 

 PRIVATE PARTIES
We welcome Bridal Showers, Boy/Girl Scouts, Baby Showers and other special events. We can work with you to create a memorable party.

CALLING ALL SCOUTS

 With school in session the scouts are meeting again.  Give us a call to arrange for a very special troop meeting.  Field trips to the studio may be arranged or we can bring our pottery to you.  We are happy to help with badge work or seasonal arts and crafts.

KNOW SOMEONE GETTING ENGAGED?
 
We have fabulously creative ideas on how to pop the question!  Paint a plate  with the question "Will you?" or  "Marry me?" in the middle. Serve a piece of her favorite cake or dessert, and when she gets to the last bite, "TA_DA" !  You've said what you came to say in a very memorable way.  We have tons more ideas guys (and gals), come in and we'll help you with your design and make it a really special memory.

Corporate/Staff Functions  

         

Staff parties, motivational exercises or team building will be a whole new experience at Claytime Cafe. We can put together a group session that meets your creative needs and accommodates your budget. Your staff will actually look forward to a new learning experience at Claytime.  Perhaps you would even like to surprise them!  We can bring the whole activity to your location. They will think they are in for another ordinary meeting, and SURPRISE!  We will have it all set up and ready to go when they walk in, perfect for a "WOW" addition to the usual staff holiday party. Our experienced creative team will help guide your guests to creating a truly memorable piece.

Our entire facility can be available for your affair during certain hours given ample notice, and we have plenty of parking.

Co-workers need a break? Consider coming to our studio! Unleashing creativity has been shown to increase productivity, and everyone enjoys a little break once in a while. You'll be the hero at the office if you come up with the idea to come out to Claytime Café!

 

 

 

Schools can use Claytime Café as an off-site field trip! Programs can be created to meet your needs and age group. Have a theme this month? Celebrating a holiday? Saying goodbye to a beloved teacher or principal? Any celebration can be translated into a personalized piece of art by your students.

Home School Groups Welcome! Incorporate an art lesson with other studies. Recreate an ancient Greek urn. Do a leaf pressing on tile, etc.
